Meeting: January 2. Next meeting: January 30 at 8 p.m.

The Indoor 600 League is underway and runs for the first thirteen weeks of the year. It’s $3 a week to help cover electricity and targets. Participants are randomly assigned to teams and scoring is based on each individual’s improvement on their own average. Scoring is not impacted by the overall scores of archers or their teams. This is open to all, and any skill level can participate- including family members. Scores are to be turned into the Score box by the door with your name, date, and the week number included. Scores can be shot at any time and can be made up or shot ahead of time as necessary.

The club will be closed on Thursday nights for the Riverside NASP program. This will be every Thursday night throughout the school year. The fencing club will also continue using the club on Tuesday nights throughout the winter. If you are shooting the indoor league or just intend to use the indoor range, please try to do so earlier in the day, on the outdoor range instead, or on an alternative night. The large bathroom will also be closed for NASP storage. The heater is on so please keep the bathroom door closed.

The quarter-operated furnace has been refilled and will be operational for fifty cents for about twenty minutes. It is located in the office near the target room. There is wood available for the wood furnace as well.

With the tree tops left from the loggers there is an abundance of firewood over the hillside. There will be scheduled work days for processing this wood through the year, and members that help cut and stack will be able to take wood for their personal use.

We hope everyone has had a wonderful New Year and we hope to see you all this season!
