The summer season is in full swing! Matt Shultz has cleared the hillside next to the club house and has set up a chore board in the club house for organizing work that needs done as members are available to help. Since not everyone can make the workdays this helps give folks a chance to help on their schedules. If you can, please consult the board on the back wall of the range and help however you can.
Our July 29 meeting is the changeover for the membership year and officer elections. Please attend our July meeting to renew your membership, vote on new officers, and exchange clubhouse keys. If you can’t attend please contact Will Stoops.
Our next 3D is coming up soon on Sunday July 19. We will have a workdays on Wednesday July 15 at 5 p.m. to weedeat and clear lanes and on Friday July 17 at 5 p.m. to set the course. All help is welcomed and appreciated!
We will not be having the local 3D League with the other clubs this year. Instead, CVB will be offering a season-long raffle for interested shooters. For an extra $5 shooters will put their score cards in the hat for a random drawing to win the pot at the end of the season. This is our first year to try something like this so please help us kick it off right! The more shoots you attend, the better your odds at the end of the season! This is open to members and nonmembers alike.
