January 2022 Newsletter

Our next club meeting will be held on February 23 at 8 p.m.

The Riverside NASP team has returned to CVB indoor range and will be using the range on Monday and Thursday nights through the winter. Please make arrangements to use the club at alternative times.

The Indoor 600 Round league began again the first week of January. It’s $3 a week and runs for the first thirteen weeks of the year. It’s open to all levels with archers only shooting against their own average from week to week. It’s open to members and friends/family of members, as well. Scores can be shot at any time throughout the week and placed into the score box. Some members meet on Wednesday nights to shoot together, but this isn’t required. Please come join us to beat the winter doldrums and sharpen your skills!

The workday has been rescheduled and we will be meeting on Sunday, February 13 at 8 a.m. to begin accessing the 3D course for next season now that the leaves are down and possibly expand/alter the current course for some variety. The first four target stations will need to be adjusted/moved to make walking safer for shooters and this is the best time to see through the trees. We will be doing as much as the weather permits, but hopefully an early start will give enough time to set up some welcome improvements. We hope to see you then!
